Shipping and Delivery

SHIPPING TIMES

Please allow up to 4-5 working (business) days for delivery.  If you purchase on a Thursday night, Friday, or weekend day, you will not receive your shipping confirmation until the next Monday.  Times quoted  for delivery are business days and only an estimation (not exact) and we are not responsible for any loss or damage either directly or indirectly that fails to deliver on or by a specified date.

Signature is required on all orders over $100.  Delivery will be attempted 3 business days in a row, after which the package may be returned to us.

We are not obliged to deliver the goods to you if we are unable to do so as a result of matters which are beyond our reasonable control.

 

ISSUES WITH SHIPMENTS

Should your goods be damaged, missing, or lost during shipment, please view our Return Information and fill out the Order Issue Form.  Please remember that any “free gift” items have no dollar value and if they are damaged during shipment, we will not be able to replace them unless you would like to place a new order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Should you wish you cancel an order placed, you agree to notify us the same day that you placed the order.  Your notification must be made within 14 hours of the placement of your order to ensure we have not fulfilled and shipped the order already.  If we are not notified the same day, your order may have been already tendered to the carrier.  We may be able to ask the carrier to return it to us, however, a $10 charge will incur if this can be done in time for you.
