Return Policy

 

Thank you for your return request. Our return policy is written to afford all our customers an efficient return service. You may contact us at any time during this process should you need assistance.  Please read our policy and then use the form below to initiate your return.

NOTE

All CostaBellaJewelry.com, items are inspected for perfect quality prior to packing and shipment.

Each item is sealed with our HOLOGRAPHIC QUALITY CONTROL (QC) STICKER to assure you the item was checked and packed in perfect condition.

Eligibility

You may be eligible for a return for any reason within 14 days of receipt of your item:

To be eligible for a 14 day return, your jewelry item must be unused, in original packing, and in the same condition that you received it.  We require that you notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of the tracked date of delivery for a refund.  If your holographic seal is NOT broken on the item, we will allow you to return the item beyond 14 days of receipt at our discretion. 

Your shipment was accompanied by a note asking you to immediately inspect your jewelry for quality on arrival.  We ask that you inspect your item immediately. If shipping damages have occurred, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery of your item. We will NOT accept returns of any damaged goods after this deadline.  If shipping damage has, in fact, occurred to your order, it is our policy to replace your item instead of refunding your order within a reasonable time frame unless we have decided otherwise to refund you.

If you have received the wrong shipment, you must notify us within 7 business days, and provide us with a photo of the shipment you received, including the original shipping box.  When filing a missing or damage claim, please include pictures of the damage or loss.  We will send you a replacement of the damaged or missing goods upon receipt of your email.

Shipping Your Return

If your item is in unused original condition and it is your decision to return it, we we will issue you a full refund provided you send us the tracking number of your return package.  

To return your product or exchange your item:

  1. Fill out the Return Form located at the end of this page
  2. Once your Form is submitted, we will send you complete instructions via email for shipping you return
  3. Pack the item securely. Use the original package, if possible. Enclose the original or a copy of the packing slip.  If you do not have this, please include your name, email, address, and order number.

We require the customer to pay for return shipping fees for most returns.  For your protection, we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking from the US post office.  Send us the Return Tracking Number from the package.

Some items may be may be exempt from being returned.  These include accessory scarves, apparel, and all child category items. These items will be at our discretion to receive as returns from our customers.  When an item cannot be returned, we may offer you a offer you a discount on your next purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Once your return is received, inspected, and your refund is approved, we will issue you an automatic credit applied to your credit card or Paypal account. We do our best to refund you as soon as your item arrives, however it may take us up to 2 weeks after delivery to issue a refund through our bank.  Please feel free to email us should you have any questions after your item has been returned.  Remember that sending us your tracking number as soon as you have mailed your receipt will alert us to your return and have it processed more quickly.

Missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted by your credit card company.  If we have notified you of the refund and several weeks have passed, please contact your credit card company or bank.  You may also contact us at any time for assistance.
